     Q: What is GeoSelector?  
   A: GeoSelector is the newest way to build your mailing list online, making data
   selection more precise than ever before.
   Q: How do I get started ordering a mailing list?

   A: Follow this link to start the order process. Choose a list type you wish to purchase and
   a method for choosing it. We recommend the interactive map to get the full experience. Then
   follow the directions to order your list. If you need help, there is a flash video tutorial you can watch
   to get started.

   Q: Are your lists CASS Certified?
   A: Yes all of our mailing lists are CASS Certified, and DPV Processed.
   Q: In what format is the data that I will receive?
   A: Files purchased from GeoSelector are provided in a standard comma delimited format,
   which can be easily opened in many applications including Microsoft Excel. We also include
   an optionally requested PDF file which allows you to print your data directly onto Avery label sheets.
   These files are enclosed in a standard zip file which is downloadable from our website.
   Q: How accurate is your data? How Often do you scrub/clean it?
   A: We update our data monthly, and our data is run through DPV (Delivery Point Validation) every
   month. We also perform NCOALink processing on our consumer and business files on a quarterly
   basis.
   Q: How long will it take to get my list after I place my order?
   A: For most orders, it can be available in just a few minutes. You wil lreceive an email when
   your order is ready. If your order requires further review, it may take up to 24 hours to process.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
   A: You may pay by most major credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
   We also accept these same cards through Google Checkout as a preferred payment option.
   Q: What information do I get on my file if I purchase?
   A: That depends on the type of list your are purchasing. See below
     Consumer Lists - You will receive the full name and address of the primary household member.  
   Business Lists - You will receive the business name, contact name, mailing address, plus
   telephone number of the business.
   New Mover Lists - You will receive the full name and address of the primary household member.
   New business lists - You will recieve the business name, mailing address, plus telephone
   number of the business.
   New homeowner lists - You will receive the full name and address of the primary household
   member.
 
   Q: How much do your mailing lists cost?
   A: Pricing varies based on the list type chosen, the quantity of names, and demographics
   selected. Your price will be computed in real time and displayed during the list selection process.
   Q: How can I print the data that I purchase?
   A: You can use the comma delimited file to perform a mail merge using popular desktop
   software such as Microsoft Word. You may also use the free PDF file to print your list order
   directly onto avery label sheets. (You may purchase the label sheets at your local office
   supply store or retailer). To receive the PDF file you must specify the label sheet type and
   font when ordering. We will also print labels and ship them to you for an additional fee
   determined at checkout.
